Job Title: Change & Communications Analyst (Fixed Term Contract until January 2027)
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Change & Communications Analyst to work as part of a Change Management and Training team to support the delivery of key technology and business transformation projects. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping to ensure employees understand, accept, and adopt change effectively.
As part of our Project Enterprise team, you’ll support the development of clear, impactful communications and training materials, as well as supporting change management initiatives to build employees understanding and acceptance of the changes. If you’re a skilled communicator, business analyst or learning and development professional committed to making change happen, this is a real opportunity to contribute substantially.

Location
Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park. The office has recently been renovated and along with a modern work environment has great public transport links, free onsite parking, free drink facilities, free lunch option each day and a great team culture.
