We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team based in London. You will be supporting two senior members of the Organization and People Leadership Team: the head of Global Learning & Development and the head of Organization & Effectiveness, to provide calendar management and administrative support, analytics and ing activities, as well as research and presentation coordination:
Calendar Management & Administrative Support
- Coordinate calendar for meetings and international activities
- Arrange end-to-end travel planning and necessary arrangements for a seamless journey
- Manage and track budget and expenses for both leaders
- Manage vendor contracts, invoice and payment tracking for both teams
Analytics & ing Activities
- Perform guided data analysis
- Create presentations to visualize insights on organization and development topics under guidance
- Produce regular dashboards / s for the two teams
Research & Presentation Coordination
- Conduct basic research on people development and organization-related topics, organize and extract insights with guidance to serve as building blocks of people and organization strategy / presentation
