Responsibilities And Duties

• Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly professional manner
• Answering phone calls in a friendly professional manner
• Confirming patient’s insurance eligibility/contacting insurance companies
• Contacting patients to schedule or confirm appointments via phone, email and/or text
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth work day flow
• Other administrative tasks

Qualifications And Skills

• Organizational & Multi-tasking Skills
• Self-Directed
• Strong Computer Skills/Efficient in Word, Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Knowledge of dental procedures and Dentrix experience is a plus, although we are willing to train the perfect candidate
