Our Client is seeking to engage a Senior HR Business Partner on a Permanent or Temporary basis, Full Time Position.

The preferred applicant would need to be located in Port Hedland, but we do provide relocation assistance of up to $10,000 and the position includes housing.

Package:

• Base salary from $119,352 plus superannuation (incl $19,254.98 Port Hedland Allowance)
• Town provided housing
• $1,500 utilities allowance
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• Six weeks annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading
• Additional 2 days of paid leave per year during the Christmas break

• Up to 18% superannuation with co-contribution scheme

Key Responsibilities

• As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the HR team in driving true business partnering throughout the business, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and acting as a change agent
• Develop strong working relationships with employees, managers and executives throughout the organisation to drive business results through effective people management and HR business partnering of Directorates
• Manage, lead and coach a team of HR Professionals to effectively deliver the people and culture strategy and meet individual KPI’s
• Provide specialist advice, consult, coach, support and actively business partner with leaders and employees
• Provide specialist advice on employment conditions and the interpretation and application of Enterprise Agreements, common law contracts, legislation and organisational policies and procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed within the skill and abilities of the individual

Requirements:

• Degree or Post Graduate Diploma qualification in Human Resources, industrial relations or similar
• Extensive experience in a similar role managing and leading HR teams
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices, HR Information systems experience & processes
• National Police Clearance
• Current ‘C’ class drivers’ license
• Rights to work in Australia
