Our client is seeking to engage a Marketing and Admin Officer at their Burwood Office. This is a permanent role.

• Burwood Location
• Salary $52k to $70k package (depends on experience) + Bonus

• 1 year experience ideally in Real Estate Marketing or Administration

Position Overview

With a strong property marketing and sales team, they have helped many first home buyers as well as investors to find their homes across Sydney metropolitan area and other areas in Australia in the past years. The key to the success is they ensure their staffs feel valued at work and focus on customer services.

Due to the business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Marketing and Admin Officer to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administration
• Administration processes and support to a high-performing team of agents
• Prepare proposal packs and marketing plans and administration of new listings
• Coordination of sale campaigns
• Proactively manage operational administration flow of work within the sales team
• Preparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
• Communication with solicitors during the sales process
• Conducting pre-settlement inspections and building inspections
• Update and maintenance of customer data and CRM, like Agentbox
• Securing appointments for all properties listed for sale
• Other ad-hoc administration work

• Marketing
• Agency marketing and advertising
• Website management and managing content across blogs
• Manage company social medias including, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Little Red Book, WeChat
• Property marketing campaign, execution & compliance during sales campaign, including, creating listing, signboard, brochure, DL cards
• Produce content and publish print and e-Newsletter
• Advertising on REA and Domain, as well as social media platform, including but not limit to Facebook, Instagram, google, hyperlocal, etc
• Update internal office slideshow and internal office brochure to ensure content is informative and engaging for the team
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with marketing reps and suppliers
• Other ad-hoc marketing work

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• Have one year administration background in Real Estate
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain one soon)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Handle tasks in a timely manner
• Fluent in English, Chinese is preferable but not essential
• Familiar with Word, Excel, and outlook
• Experience in social media management, website management and brand management
• Experience in Agentbox, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe editor, Canva, Social Express, Wondershare are preferable but not essential
