As a member of the Chandler Macleod Mining specialism, you will be responsible for overseeing relationships of major client accounts, and managing end-to-end recruitment assignments, from job spec to successful start. The role will also entail travel to client site, as required, to meet with key stakeholders and promote Safety Culture.

About the role:

• Up to 85K/annum inclusive of vehicle allowance
• Flexible work – Office, Site, Work from home
• Recruitment for numerous contract assignments (labour hire – mining/blue collar)
• Utilizing various talent acquisition methods to attract the right candidates, talent pooling.

Core responsibilities:

• Ongoing management of candidate attraction and sourcing activities
• Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Provision of best practice recruitment solutions, from job spec to successful candidate start date and beyond
• Travel to sites, as required

To be successful, you will need:

• A proactive, professional, and consultative approach to work
• Excellent rapport building and networking skills, and strong attention to detail
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced and client centric environment would be beneficial
• A strong administration and computer literacy skill set, and an interest in the mining space would be highly advantageous
