Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a talent pipeline and strategy for our Operations positions as well as other key positions
Make recommendations about Champion’s recruiting strategy and assist in corporate recruiting efforts and campaigns
Build applicant sources through colleges, networking, job fairs, database searches, social media; provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits
Support Champion’s employment branding efforts
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites, and other social media
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training
Other HR projects as assigned
Qualifications:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you must be highly self motivated and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for your success in this role.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business with 3-5 years Recruiting experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Solid attendance record
Experience in Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational skills
Ability to coach hiring managers in the recruiting process
