A candidate who wants to taking charge of the recruitment process, support successful candidates from enquiry through to onboarding and facilitate candidates’ induction to effectively prepare them for their career at Challenger Services. The In House Recruiter Role provides an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who is used to high volume recruitment to take the next step in their HR career.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• Develop alternative recruitment pipelines in this period of candidate shortage
• Screen resumes and book interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the ATS and ensure that it is being used to its full potential
• Interview candidates
• Conduct relevant pre-employment checks
• Liaise with successful candidates to manage on-boarding and induction
• Build relationships with candidates and multiple stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming recruitment queries
• General administration

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Live Hire experience preferred but not essential
• Must have previous recruitment experience
• Excellent customer service
• Intermediate skill level for technology and MS office skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong administrative and candidate management skills
• COVID 19 vaccination
