Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders in the freight transportation industry.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and sales activities.

· Utilize your own book of business to drive sales and revenue growth.

· Coordinate freight movements, including pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking.

· Proactively address any shipment issues or delays to ensure timely delivery.

· Provide accurate updates to clients on shipment status.

· Resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.

· Utilize transportation management systems and software tools efficiently.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a similar role within transportation or logistics preferred.

· Strong knowledge of freight transportation modes, regulations, and practices.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in transportation management systems and relevant software.

· Ability to work independently and in a remote, fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:

· Guaranteed 60% of Gross Margin.

· Unlimited Commissions.

· Top yearly pay of $80,000.
