Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 18 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist

Has the responsibility for supporting the Branch Managers, Departmental Managers, and Talent Acquisition Managers (TAM) to hire qualified candidates. This individual will coordinate the recruiting process by assisting with creating job descriptions, ad postings, s, interview questions, promoting available positions internally and externally, performing initial interviews (by phone or in-person), recommending candidates for interviews with hiring managers, tracking candidate status with the hiring manager, and keeping in contact with applicants after they have been hired.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated and able to communicate with applicants, vendors, managers, and coworkers.
• Be capable of sitting for extended periods of time.
• Have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting skills.
