We currently have an opening for a Resourcing Administrator within operations and resourcing team. In this key role, you will sit at the centre of how we support our business and its people. This diverse position will give you exposure to a variety of project teams, Directors, Vice Presidents and Business leads across the business to manage the demand for internal resources. Your future duties and responsibilities
You will report into the Operations Lead where you will manage all aspects of the resourcing process, from demand through to supply.

Main Responsibilities:

• Service Order Management for all sectors – Liaising closely with project teams across the business to manage the demand for resources
• Provide suitable lists of appropriate resources and their CVs in a timely manner upon request or, if none are available, provide the best match for the business requests for them to use as a benchmark to amend their requirements
• You will be responsible for filling a number of roles within the business and working with projects to come up with creative solutions where roles prove difficult to fill
• Match candidates with opportunities that are in line with their personal development needs/plans
• Ensure that CVs and skill profiles of staff are up to date and to a high standard
• Producing weekly management reporting
• Supporting the rest of the resourcing team with ad hoc requests
• Assigning members to codes as requested in time for timesheet submissions
• Maintain and respond to emails for the North resourcing mail box
• You will also support Student Recruitment and Promotion Panel activities
• Review and update of 12-week availability of internal members
• Provide ad hoc support and holiday cover as required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Ability to develop strong relationships with all of your respective key stakeholders in our BU from members to Sales teams and throughout the leadership team
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, proficient in dealing with people at various levels of the organisation
• A clear communicator with a can-do attitude and a robust approach to problem solving. The member will have excellent numerical, excel and PowerPoint skills and be willing to develop them further
• Able to manage and ensure processes and policies are adhered to
• A strong team player with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations; strong networking skills, motivational skills (e.g. for staff who are In Between Assignments)
• Highly diligent approach pertaining to data, documentation and process
• Ability to weigh up conflicting business demands and be decisive decision maker
• Ability to prioritise a diverse and changing workload
