CoreStaff is a specialist provider of Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment services to some of the largest companies in Australia across a range of industries. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Burswood.
In the role you will be responsible in sourcing Hospitality staff, such as house keepers, kitchen hands, chefs, security guards, and bus drivers for FIFO positions across Western Australia.
This position is a recruitment role, specialising on the candidate sourcing and placement. This is not is a 360 position, you will not be required to establish or generate your own sales but work specifically in sourcing suitable candidates for roles generated by the business development team.
General duties include but not limited to
- Sourcing suitable candidates through variety of avenues including data base searching, adverting and talent searches
- Screening, interviewing and referencing candidates to ensure suitability to positions
- Present and sell candidates to clients
- Liaising directly with clients in regards performance of current personnel, and assist with new requirements
- Manage commencement process including contracts, paperwork, PPE
- General administration and data entry
To be successful you will require:
- Strong desire to achieve and meet client expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Be IT savvy, with experience with Fast Track and/or JobAdder highly desirable
- Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable, but we will consider applicants with strong admin backgrounds and the right attitude.
- Be able to work full time hours Monday to Friday
