CFO Hub Hiring for Talent Acquisition Associate at San Diego, CA Full Time

As a CFO Hub Talent Acquisition Associate you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company through internal and external talent placements, specifically in the areas of accounting, finance and human resources. You will work directly with the COO regarding all recruiting responsibilities including the management, coordination and overall growth of the talent pipeline and hiring process. Working with CFO Hub, you will be side-by-side with industry leaders using and refining a proven recruiting process.

This position will initially be on-site with an opportunity to possibly move to a hybrid position after training and experience.

Ideal candidates will be based in San Diego, Orange County, or Los Angeles.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee and operate daily the talent pipeline and manage the end-to-end communication between clients and candidates
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external candidates, and develop relationships with key individuals to achieve hiring goals
• Ensure appropriate sourcing strategies are utilized, and include hiring best practices and techniques
• Be directly responsible for the growth and flow of qualified candidates
• Active candidate search/sourcing (ZR, Indeed, LI, etc.) and networking
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve the candidate journey

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Effectively communicate in a timely manner over various methods of communication (email, zoom, slack, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with simultaneous projects and priorities.
• Strong ability and desire to “close deals”
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
