THE ROLE
The Arena Attendant monitors and maintains the ice rink. They respond to inquiries about the facility, hours, regulations and rules, and provide information on services provided. They ensure access to the facility and services is by authorized clients only. They open and close the facility in accordance with security regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND some years experience in a related field.
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience will also be considered.
AND
Current CPR and basic First Aid qualifications
Experience
In ice rink maintenance
In operating ice rink equipment
In providing customer service
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

English Essential
