JD of D2C Salesman

• Develop customers network and secure new business opportunities.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
• Identify new customers and develop tailor-made solutions for each of them.
• To act as a single point of contact to customers providing end-to-end sales solutions
• Analyze client needs and constantly follow in order to target potential opportunities for business growth.
• Develop plans for retaining customers through various activities including meetings, phone calls, and social gatherings
• Excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract new potential customers
• Work together with HK team to arrange quote and pricing strategy with customers
• Monitor competition and recommend new solutions for the improvement of service
• Setting individual sales targets with management
• Promoting the organization and services

At least 5 years’ experience in logistics industries preferred with experience in B2C small packaging shipments, have good level of concept in supply chain and, familiar with the US custom regulations.

Target customers are US based online retailers who has

• Sourcing / production in S.E Asia
• Start up to mid-size online retailers
• Need inventory management / order fulfilment
• Individual package to door delivery via air freight

Level of services CFL D2C business can be provided: –

• Bulk shipping service from S.E. Asia factories to the CFL HK warehouse where we can provide storage for online retailers
• Receiving online orders via API connection between online retailer’s platform and CFL’s proprietary system
• CFL provide storage and inventory management to online retailer’s finishing goods
• Provide pick and pack service to individual orders and prepare for export via air freight
• CFL will arrange custom clearance with no duty and tariff applied if shipment value under USD800
• Last mile to end consumer will be handle by DHL/USPS depend on the services customer choose
