Cessna & Associates is a boutique HR consultancy offering search services to non-profit trade and professional organizations for over 20 years. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Senior Recruiter with outstanding writing and communication skills to join our team! This is a contract/consulting (1099) position offering excellent hourly pay and flexible hours.
Must have a minimum of seven years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, candidate development, and behavioral interviewing. Must have excellent follow up skills, a strong work ethic and integrity, and a sense of humor. Experience recruiting in the non-profit, think tank, political, or scientific space is preferred.
