CESG Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Plano, TX Full Time

CESG is a large commercial and industrial electrical contractor with offices in Plano, Texas, and Palm Springs, California. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and oversee our office, support, and field recruiting needs. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures as well as hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria and qualifications
• Source candidates through online and in-person channels
• Plan interviews and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using an applicant tracking system
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems or processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An understanding of operations, human resources, training, and company culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
