Cesario & Co Hiring for Warehouse Customer Service Representative at Mississauga, ON Full Time

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Must be ORGANIZED and able to MULTITASK, positive, assertive, and proactive. A suitable candidate will be detail oriented and must possess effective ORAL and WRITTEN COMMUNICATION skills.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Greeting Customers in person and answering inbound calls.
Checking on status of client orders
Release picking documents for customer pick ups and deliveries.
Ensure accurate processing of all documentation to ensure accuracy of inventory

Process and manage product returns/exchanges.

Provide aftersales service to clients. Identify product issues and determine warranty guidelines. Determine and Order parts as needed.

Process receiving documents and escalate any issues or product/ paperwork discrepancies with suppliers.

Coordinate Deliveries with clients and route schedule.
Communicating pick up and delivery requirements with in house driver.
Coordinate 3rd party shipments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
• Shipping & receiving: 2 years (preferred)
