Cerveza Monopolio Hiring for Sales Representative at Washington DC-Baltimore Area Full Time

Cerveza Monopolio is a brewery founded in 1882 by a Mexican farmer and a Frenchman with a single goal in mind: to brew the finest cerveza in all the land. Today, the company continues to honor that tradition and carry on the legacy by brewing the original recipes with the same love and commitment as before, and with the same goal of producing world-class cerveza. We are based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area and are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team to help us grow our business.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales deals. The role will involve working with clients to determine their needs, making product recommendations, negotiating pricing and deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some remote work is acceptable, and the Sales Representative will need to have excellent communication skills to manage relationships remotely.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• An interest in beer and knowledge of the craft beer industry (preferred)
