Cerius Accounting Generalist / Staff AccountantJob descriptionCerius is seeking a detailed accounting specialist 15-20 hours each week with great communications skills to support our team of incredible executives. Our environment is fast paced.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage Accounts receivable including generating invoices.Manage accounts payable including posting bills.Account reconciliations as needed.ExperienceVerbal and written communications with executive-level personnel.At least 3 years of QuickBooks Online.Proficient in Excel.At least 3 years of accounting experience (i.e. AP, AR and financial reporting).RequirementsMust be able to accurately multi task.Must be detailed.Ability to work with owners and CEOs of businesses.Demonstrated QuickBooks Online experience.Demonstrated experience in Excel.Analytical.Tec savvy.Must be able to manage a large number of emails daily.Must be able to respond to all emails within 24 hours.Provide a list of computer skills.Must be able to work during business hours.LocationWork from Home.Availability15 to 20 hours each week.
