Purpose of the Job:
The Recruitment, Talent & Acquisition Specialist will provide expertise, support, and guidance to ensure a professional and seamless service throughout the recruitment lifecycle and candidate journey. Working as an integral member of the Talent Acquisition Team, which forms part of the People Team, you will build relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers to support the organisation through a time of exciting expansion, not only delivering end-to-end recruitment across Ceres, but also look to continuously seeking new ways of working to improve upon best practice.
The primary responsibilities include leading on a diverse portfolio of recruitment vacancies, conducting recruitment briefing meetings, advising on best practice recruitment, and sourcing strategies to include social media, leveraging direct talent pools and promoting Ceres Internal referral programme. In the instances of requiring agency support, you will liaise with our Recruitment Preferred Suppliers as well as taking a lead role in coordinating a PSL review and ensuring compliance.
In addition, you will coordinate the end to end Interview process and conduct Interviews as and when necessary, update the candidate management system, and feedback on all touchpoints across the hiring journey, from initiation to the contract of employment.

Confident in identifying, recommending, and implementing best practices, engaging with key stakeholders to advise and embed new recruitment processes & models. Ideally with experience in a technical recruitment/engineering environment you will focus on attracting specialist Scientific and Engineering talent as part of the A&S strategy along with reducing the cost per hire whilst creating a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Person Specification/Core Competencies:
The ideal candidate will come from an In-house Talent Acquisition background with a flexible approach and skill set that thrives in a fast-paced HR & Recruitment environment. Strong stakeholder management is essential.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices along with A&S methodologies, sourcing, screening candidates and Interviewing. along with strong administrative experience and managing a candidate Management System (preferably People HR)
