About the Role
The TA Manager generally works remotely but on occasion, may be required to work from Ceres’ Boston office. As such, candidates must live within a commutable distance to our Boston location.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee recruitment and recruitment strategy for various positions at all levels, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective candidates. and engaging in Ceres’ employer branding activities.
