About the role:
To support the Head of Learning and Development with projects that enable the achievement of Cera L&D Objectives and Key Results.
Engage and work with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand what is needed in order to coordinate and project manage key L&D initiatives and development.
To drive performance to make a positive and lasting impact for operations and our service users.
Key duties :
Develop effective working relationships with other departments within the Company.
Develop and implement effective project plans for Key L&D initiatives
Work and manage multiple project work streams through to completion to planned deadlines
Support the rollout and implementation of the company wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Work with the Head of L&D to develop company wide systems of work
Project manage the implementation of the L&D management information systems and e-learning platform
Manage the L&D Asana project management platform and reporting
Support the Head of L&D with the development of the Cera L&D and Leadership Academies
Provide support to Key Stakeholders (RDs and Registered Managers)
Assist the development of the strategy, policies, processes, team goals and objectives
Assist in the assessment and effectiveness of administrative and financial processes through L&D
Ensure compliance data is maintained accurately and up to date
What we are looking for:
Ideally degree educated or similar, in a L&D or Social Care specialism
Demonstrable experience in a Program/Project management or Operations role
Significant experience and knowledge of Learning and Development.
Quality Assurance and Apprenticeship experience
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication, along with outstanding facilitation skills
Ability to interpret, analyse, and understand complex data sets.
Experience working as part of a national team with geographically dispersed resources.
