LOCATION: Remote Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in our Colchester office.
JOB SUMMARY
To provide support to the Financial Controller and to the wider business via timely
production of accounting information and assistance with all finance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Produce monthly management accounts, including profit and loss reports and
balance sheet schedules
Liaise with the wider business to inform decision-making
Challenge existing processes to help create an efficient working environment
Operate strong financial controls
Carry out other ad hoc activities at the direction of Senior Finance colleagues

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Management Accountant
Recognised accountancy
qualification (ACCA, CIMA,
ACA) (qualified or studying)
Experience – Working in a Management Accounts
team or for an Accountancy Practice
