Centuro Global Hiring for Finance & Office Manager at London Full Time

We are looking for someone to support the finance functions of a fast growing startup, as well as support with HR and general office management.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and tracking invoices; ensuring the proper coding of expenses and applicable taxes while processing invoices
• Reviewing bank reconciliations
• Monitoring and helping manage budgets
• Producing reports for senior management
• Assisting the organisation’s HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Support with recruitment and organising induction programmes for new employees
• Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in finance and administrative roles required and some HR experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding how to calculate profitability of accounts
• Excellent organisational skills
• A strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• A methodical and focussed approach to working in a fluid and flexible work environment
• Excellent communication skills
