Job Description:

Explosive growth has created the need for an Associate Recruiter (Recent Graduates) in our Houston office. We are hiring immediately for someone to work under one of our experienced Sales Managers, you will be helping the business identify and hire the best talent for our clients. Later, we will develop your skills as a marketer and salesperson, allowing you to build a successful career as a recruiter.

If you have ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ll supply the training, coaching, and encouragement to help you develop. No two days in recruitment are the same, and you may find yourself doing the following:

• Collaborating with your Manager to create an effective Sales Approach to attract candidates
• Networking and developing business with clients; which could be face to face, over the phone or via video conference.
• Advising on hiring strategies for clients
• Identifying high performing talent through a “project focused” talent mapping process
• Headhunting through targeted cold calling to reach out to passive candidates and clients
• Negotiating pay and salary benefits for candidates
• Managing and reviewing applications, evaluating candidates, and checking their suitability for opportunities

As this is an entry level, recent graduate recruiter role we don’t expect you to have prior recruitment experience, though any past sales or customer services experience would be beneficial. We’re looking for new hires with enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed for themselves and the business. We are offering a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on your placements. We view our new hires as our future Managers, so there is great long-term career growth potential.

Based on average earnings for recruiters across the business, on target earning are shown below.

• 1st Year OTE $75,000
• 2nd Year OTE $120,000
• 3rd Year OTE $150,000+

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
