Centurion Lumber has openings in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general office work positions. Please provide your resume and cover letter when applying for any of these positions.

Data Entry and Payroll Desciption:

Part time payroll and support to Payroll Administrator working on payrolls for 150 people. Data entry, invoicing, accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

Entering daily and weekly time sheets.

Calculations for payroll withholdings, workers compensation, health tax and employee representation remittances.

Group insurance benefits administration.

Records of employment and T4’s.

Holiday pay and final pay.

Various payroll summaries in Excel.

Accounts payable.

Sales invoicing.

General office duties.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years experience of computerized payroll preparation and all related functions.

· Proficient computer skills and strong abilities with Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Extremely organized, strong attention to detail and ability to obtain the utmost of confidentiality.

· Ability to write clearly and legibly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
