Entry Level Recruitment Role – London Bridge – £30,000

Centurion Selection is a highly successful privately owned US recruitment consultancy. We have offices in Houston, TX and Miami, FL, with plans to expand to other US locations. The business operates in the construction and property sector. We have recently launched our first international office in the UK, the office will focus on the US market, supporting our other teams and taking on its own portfolio of work.

We are experiencing high demand from our clients and are looking to bring on Associate Consultants in our London office. Working hours 11:30am – 9pm.

The Role

The Associate Consultant is our entry level role. You will work alongside our UK Resourcing Manager supporting colleagues in Houston and Miami on a series of client recruitment needs. We have a highly effective and successful training programme that will teach you a range of headhunting skills and the ability to network and pitch to prospective clients. The role comes with a starting salary of £30,000 as well as a generous commission scheme. To ensure our coverage is the best we can offer for our clients and candidates the office works to US hours. We have career paths for those who would like to relocate to the US at a later stage, but also have a full career progression path for those keen to stay in the UK and develop our London office.
