Job Description

Centurion Analytics, LLC is seeking a dynamic Operations Assistant to support our client in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to :

• Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and management teams to continuously improve productivity, communications, and morale.
• Collaborate as a team member to ensure consistency of operations and alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Respond to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Coordinate and schedule outings, meetings, and appointments for managers and supervisors.
• Maintain filing systems as assigned.
• Actively pursue improvement for the office environment, space, and culture.
• Retrieve information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written data summaries when needed.
• Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
• Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings.
• Manage corporate vendors
• Perform general administrative activities, including screening and directing incoming phone calls, composing general correspondence, including emails, prioritizing, distributing, and acting on mail.
• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
• Maintains office supplies and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
• Maintains a system for all corporate equipment.
• Manage Corporate office supplies

• Associate Degree Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 Years of Administrative or Relevant Work-Related Experience (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• An eye for attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
