Pay Range:
$36.66-$50.94/HR

Job Summary:
Provides leadership and operational management for the EMS distance learning/learning management system. Builds and

maintains both internal stakeholders and external customers to drive strategic objectives for Centura Health.

What You Bring/Job Requirements:
Minimum Experience Requirements

5 years of education development and delivery experience, with at least three years in a healthcare setting preferred.

Possess an understanding of budget development and program financial management.

Must have experience with Web-based education tools and learning management tools.

Experience providing training solutions using a variety of mediums (classroom, CBT, Web, blended hybrid) preferred.

Experience with on-line authoring tools preferred

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree-required

Master’s degree-preferred

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
