As Marketing Coordinator, you are the hub of the Marketing Department! You will be working with the Marketing, Sales and Production teams, as well as the VP of Sales and Marketing, to assist with the coordination and scheduling of all media, product development, packaging, tradeshows and digital campaigns for web, email and social media.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in creating, developing and managing marketing content and collateral to support the selling process, including social media campaigns.Create, proofread and edit existing copy, ensuring consistent messaging and voice for blogs, press releases, sales materials.
• Job trafficking, both manually and digitally, as needed for job completion.
• Manage Tradeshow and event planning. Includes ordering and scheduling booth setup and structures and organizing marketing materials and products as needed.
• Project management and the ability to oversee and coordinate projects as they move through the development process to completion.Support and help manage product launch schedules.
• Work closely with Engineering to finalize all forms needed for product launches and revisions.
• Conduct regular project/status update meetings with Marketing, Sales and Production to keep projects moving forward and to advise on campaigns for tradeshow marketing.
• Utliize the Office Suite and Creative Suite of programs as needed to edit existing files or create new materials as needed to assist the Creative Director.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel may be required.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree required and sufficient Marketing or alternative experiences.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of strong Marketing and Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing platforms, including social media, and email marketing, as well as best practices in each channel.
• Working knowledge of the Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and the Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, priotitize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong, effective and concise communication style needed.
• Detail oriented and pro-active, with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and creative skills
• Marketing automation knowledge (HubSpot, Act-On, Zoho, etc.) a plus!
