Senior manager of Talent Acquisition International– London
We are a global leader of next-generation IT security solutions that protect organizations against PAM (Privileged Access Management) cyber-attacks. Thycotic’s EMEA/APAC division thrives within a fast-paced environment currently in a state of hypergrowth. The EMEA/APAC Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with international business leaders and work closely with the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition in the US to create and sustain exceptional Talent Acquisition process and standards. This role requires the ability to find, engage and close exceptional talent, as well as a strong sense of urgency and client service orientation. This position is currently remote and reports to our London Office. The right candidate will be extremely hands-on, strategic, passionate about TA, and a current user of the Workday ATS.
Key Responsibilities
· Ability to maneuver fluidly through the Workday ATS including scheduling interviews and reporting.
· Full lifecycle recruiting efforts across a diverse range of client groups and skillsets.
· Develop a talent strategy that aligns to both near and long-term strategic goals.
· Manage the recruiting process end-to-end while effectively utilizing the process, systems, and tools needed for remote communication and tracking metrics.
· Facilitate candidate assessment, including scheduling of phone screens and interviews and providing timely feedback to all involved parties
· Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation guidelines
· Help create TA strategy that aligns with the business mission, goals and direction.
· Conduct regular cadence with team members and hiring managers to set realistic expectations.
· Ensure company is operating within country specific policy and governance frameworks including employment contracts.
· Connect regularly with the broader TA group to ensure policies and procedures are reviewed for relevance and improvements.
Position Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 10+ years’ professional work experience in Talent Acquisition in Europe/EMEA/APAC, including Recruitment in multiple countries.
· Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements as they relate to recruiting.
· Ability to think at a strategic, high-level while coordinating and executing efficiently.
· Utilizes recruiting metrics and performance for monthly and quarterly analysis.
· Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels to influence and drive organizational change
· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills (analyzing data, understanding trends and developing recommendations for actions based on the analysis)
· Self-motivated with the ability to proactively spot opportunities, come up with a plan and then roll up sleeves getting involved in all aspects of the role.
· Thrives in a fast-paced and fluid environment; adapts quickly to changes, comfortable with ambiguity.
