Centric Learning offers a project based learning platform. We are experiencing exciting change and looking to hire a Head of Tutoring to manage a high-volume demand for Tutors. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and organized person who has clear and deliberate focus that will work collaboratively with the Centric Learning team to make the Tutoring Program a great success!

The position is 100% Remote (work from home) apart from in person meetings or events that may average 10% travel per year. Candidates residing in Texas are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tutor Program in collaboration with the Centric team, including scheduling, coordination, reporting, and success factors.
• Support and develop best practices in the program and implement processes and procedures to promote automation and efficiency.
• Report metrics for the program success factors, including Tutor and Student attendance.
• Screen and interview to fill capacity needs of Tutors.

Skills & Requirements (Required)

• BA/BS degree
• Teaching Certification
• Teaching experience, preferably in an Online setting
• 3 plus years’ experience running a program with responsibility for program success, scheduling, planning, and overall operation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Skills & Requirements (Preferred)

• A Central Office Certification, or Educational Leadership certification, or Educational Administration Certification, or similar.
• Remote workplace communication tools, including Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
