Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative and resourceful Senior Financial Analyst to join its team. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across Centric Brands.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

• Manage and analyze company’s Corporate SG&A areas including, but not limited to, Corporate IT and Capital.
• Responsibilities including monthly financial analyses, monthly forecasting, annual planning, new business integration/acquisition analysis and ad hoc business analyses.
• Serve as liaison between Finance, IT departments, and other Corporate departments.
• Work cross-functionally across business units developing capex project plans.
• Manage the total company capex budget by reporting on monthly actuals while assisting in forecasting quarterly capital spend.
• Ad-hoc project analysis of year to date spend assuring projects are tracking versus budget.
• Support budget process, challenging assumptions to ensure validity and proactively seek out opportunities for streamlining efficiencies and cost savings.
• Participate in monthly close process (reclasses, accruals, prepaid account reconciliation) ensuring entries are properly recorded by Corporate Accounting.
• Reconcile variances of monthly actuals between Latest Estimate, Budget, and Prior Year.
• Prepare analyses of incremental departmental costs (one-time and ongoing) associated with business initiatives (business transformation projects, new business integrations, acquisitions, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies by leveraging technology and tools (e.g., SAP, BPC) to automate manual processes.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-4 years professional experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Financial Planning & analysis
• Strong understanding of Accounting principles
• Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of budgeting, planning and projection processes.
• Clear and effective written/verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• BPC experience a plus
• Retail/fashion or consumer products industry experience a plus
