The Role
As our Office IT Helpdesk at CentralNic, you will gain exposure working with our teams in Australia, New-Zealand and the Philippines predominantly. This role will ideally be based in Melbourne, Australia, however we are working remotely at the moment but will be taking a hybrid approach post-pandemic.
Key outcomes of the role will include:
Provide helpdesk support regarding group infrastructure and company assets
Ensure onboarding of new users run smoothly
Manage IT assets

Be happy to travel interstate and overseas when required
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing
Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience and skills that will help you succeed
Solid knowledge with Windows, Mac clients and provisioning of those systems (Linux would be a plus)
Solid knowledge in Active Directory / Google Workspace / O would be desirable
Some knowledge with Jira/Confluence and MDM would be desirable

The Process
Our process will consist of an initial phone screen conversation over video via Google Meet with a member of our People team to make sure your expectations of the role are aligned with the business needs. There will then be the first round which will be a competency-based interview with the Hiring Manager.
We aim to keep you informed throughout the process so we will be communicative and transparent throughout (which also happens to be one of our company values)!
Location
The role will ideally be based at our Melbourne, Australia office. We embrace flexible working and are happy to discuss suitable arrangements that will work for everyone.
