The Education Quality Lead is an exciting new role for us, providing dedicated resource to ensure the continued quality improvement of our already excellent Study Programme & Traineeship provision.
The role will be expected to work alongside the existing Education Quality Leads to ensure continuous improvement in our Education provision and in particular new partnership sites across the England. This includes management and delivery of the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) process, the development and management of our Quality Improvement Plan, management of the observation and assessment process and ensuring that we are fully prepared for external accreditations and inspections such as Ofsted and External Quality Assurance visits.
The role will report to the Quality and Impact Manager and work within the Charity’s Quality team delivering excellence across a range of programmes
It is an exciting time for the department with the development of a digital learning offer imminent and expected growth as we rebound from the restrictions of the pandemic.
The role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis to work 24 hours per week – part-time salary is £18,000 per annum. This position is a remote/hybrid position with a flexible working pattern on offer which can be discussed at interview. Travel to our centres will be required and this will be reimbursed.
