We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media, email, and website maintenance. ing to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for digital marketing and social media. You should be a go getter who is able to wear multiple hats that include production of digital assets, content creation, email marketing, data analyzation, market research, and support/execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing department’s initiatives with developing, executing, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, display, paid search, etc.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, including trafficking creative assets, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs, and vendor communication.
• Analyze and on campaign performance, providing insights, and recommendations for optimization.
• Monitors and creates daily content for multiple social media platforms and builds social media creative for daily content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business strategy and goals.
• Maintain and update website as needed to correspond with upcoming/current marketing initiatives.
• Conducts research and monitors industry and digital marketing/business trends to identify influencers/community partners, and engaging topics for social media/ website.
• Assists in building and testing eblasts and marketing automation series
• Must be able to multitask and assist on various projects when needed

Skills:

• Firm grasp on various marketing channels and best practices, including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Must exhibit excellent organizational / time management and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within allotted deadlines while maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor
• Copy writing a plus
• Knowledge of video editing a plus
