Central Research Hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Annandale, VA Full Time

Looking for your next great Talent Acquisition opportunity? Central Research, Inc. (CRI) is actively seeking a Senior Recruiter for immediate hire to join our Annandale, VA corporate office in a remote/hybrid role. The Senior Recruiter will primarily be responsible for performing full life cycle recruiting in support of our corporate and Federal Government clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide full life cycle recruiting support for internal customers and Federal Government clients
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the opportunity, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Conduct talent strategy discussions with hiring managers prior to posting position in the applicant tracking system
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, networking, job boards, and social media
• Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within the applicant tracking system
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external customers
• Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations
• Supervise Talent Acquisition Specialists

Minimum Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• 3 years of experience recruiting for Federal government contracts
• Experience supervising recruiters

Preferred Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Familiarity with staffing Service Contract Act (SCA) positions
• ADP applicant tracking system experience
• Previous strategic recruitment experience utilizing various methods including email campaigns, social media posts, and networking

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets while staying focused on quality of hires
• Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates
• Exercise independent judgement, ability to make solid decisions to ensure a pool of best-fit, highly qualified candidates are identified
• Superior multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Must be proficient with using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Must be able to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information discreetly
• Must be a team player, with the ability and willingness to work with others
