Are you skilled and experienced at providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking an Admissions Support Officer to join the National Admissions team. In this role, you will create satisfactory outcomes for university customers and stakeholders through accurate and timely processing of admissions support tasks and customer service.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have proven ability to work well with colleagues at all levels.

Position Requirements

• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards in order to achieve successful outcomes.
• Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of CQUniversity’s courses and policies/procedures and current legislative guidelines.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and administrative experience with a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning to achieve goals.
• Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
• Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
• You will be expected to hold vaccinations in relation to the COVID-19 immunisation should your CQUniversity role require you to attend any setting / venue / event where there is a specific entry requirement for you to hold these vaccinations, as per relevant State Government directives.
