100% Remote, EST hours

Contract, 3 mo, potential for extension

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop a strong understanding of the business segment to become a trusted recruiting partner
– In concert with your leadership team, devise a recruiting strategy to present Huntington’s story to potential candidates, using an inclusion-focused lens.
– Leverage your market intelligence and the relationships you build to create a pipeline of exceptional talent.
– Source and attract top investment talent, effectively assessing a candidate’s fit to the company, team, and position
– Present strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates, and overcome objections in the hiring process.
– Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
– Understand federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment
– Possess a demonstrated expertise in MS Office, Internet Tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to research, network, and implement inclusion-based recruiting strategy development.

Basic Qualifications
– – Minimum of four years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience for investment licensed individuals

– AND
– – Bachelor’s degree

– OR

– – 8 years in full-cycle recruiting in the disciplines mentioned above in place of a degree.
