Central Oregon Collective (COC) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that supports adults who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in small group homes and the community. COC is looking for the right individual to manage our Accounting function’s.

This position is responsible for the day to day accounting for the agency to include accounts payable and accounts receivable, input and track costs and revenues across programs, produce financial reports as needed, reconciling and closing financials on a monthly and annual basis, process semi-monthly payroll for all staff while ensuring company payroll guidelines are being followed throughout the company, ensure benefits are being managed in payroll in a timely manner, investigate any accounting anomalies, manage payroll and accounting paperwork, understand and use the HR and payroll tools within the payroll system and create and/or assist with the creation of analytical data to understand various performance aspects of the company like budget variances and overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
