HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

You will support the agency through partnership in developing and implementing strategies for best-in-class recruitment programs that include employer brand management, campus recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and internal/external sourcing strategies to help identify and recruit top talent for the CMMHC organization.

• Drive recruitment of qualified candidates through direct sourcing activities, telephone screens, attending job fairs, interview scheduling, and checking references as needed.
• Partner with internal and external resources to evaluate, define and drive the organization’s recruitment strategies, focusing on attracting and hiring exceptional, diverse talent across our organizational campuses.
• Extending offers of employment including electronic acceptance and moving candidates to pre-employment process.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 4-year degree in human resources or similar area of study.
• 2 years full cycle recruiting experience and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
• Candidate sourcing experience required (Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Boolean Logic)
• Clear DHS Background Study.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

• Mental Healthcare experience preferred.

COMPENSATION

Target Range – $50,000 – $55,000 (Based on experience)
