What You Will Be Doing

The Virtual Care Project Officer is a pivotal role within the healthcare improvement portfolio, entrusted with project and change management responsibilities ranging from planning for new models of care, stakeholder engagement, leading change using virtual technologies across the organisation and building the capability of staff in virtual care delivery etc. This position not only plays an integral part in advancing health service delivery and integration but also provides informed advice on the enhancement of these services through utilisation of Virtual Care. It’s a role tailored for professionals who are passionate about reshaping healthcare delivery in today’s digital age.

About You

• Project Management skilled: Your project management skills are strong, with proven abilities in scheduling deliverables, planning resources, and navigating unexpected challenges.
• NSW Health Savvy: You have a good understanding and working knowledge of the NSW Health system.
• Educational Background: Armed with tertiary qualifications in health, health management, or project management, and demonstrated industry experience.
• Problem-Solver: Boasting strong analytical skills, you can interpret complex information, provide innovative solutions, and articulate them through strong written communication.

Where you’ll be working

Based out of the state-of-the-art CCCSRi Building at the Gosford Hospital Campus. Flexible work from home arrangements will be considered.
