Position Overview

Supporting the business with best practice recruitment processes and in attracting candidates that align with our Employee Value Proposition. This varied role is truly end-to-end; from supporting hiring managers in clarifying their recruitment needs, providing expertise during the recruitment process, managing the administration of the recruitment process and improving and coordinating recruitment processes and systems.

Key deliverable’s of this role include;

• If determined as part of the planning phase be responsible for the end to end recruitment process from sourcing, candidate selection, interviews, candidate care, offer management, keeping track of feedback / candidate assessment and on-boarding support.
• Candidate management including notifying candidates of the status of their application, liaison with candidates to answer queries, provide feedback, or make verbal offers of employment.
• Development of candidate attraction strategies
• Provide advice and assist with ongoing development of Employee Value Proposition.
• Identify multiple access points to reach prospective employees Eg. career fairs, company visit and other off-site recruitment initiatives
• Develop and design of contemporary talent acquisition strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure policies and procedures are current and contemporary.
• Maintain the SharePoint site for recruitment and on-boarding
• Maintain and Develop CBCHS recruitment and on-boarding module, including position description and job advertisement library.

About You/Skills and Experience:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication or HR (or related field).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment with health or disability experience desirable.

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid and demonstrated end-to-end recruitment and on boarding.
• Demonstrated experience in liaising with the key stakeholders on matters relating to attraction, retention strategies and talent acquisition trends.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, combined with a creative mind to enhance employee experience.
• Working knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
• Experience in developing and delivering candidate attraction strategies.
• Ability to work independently, lead initiatives and build strong productive partnerships with stakeholders, candidates and HR colleagues in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Advanced skill level, and previous experience with MS Windows based applications is essential.
• Current Victorian Drivers licence.
