• Answer all incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate staff and assist callers when needed.
• Greet and direct visitors to the company in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
• Handle ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Perform other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing.
• Receive, sort and forward all incoming mail, coordinate the pick-up of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Assist Controller with a data entry.
