About the role

An opportunity to progress your career in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment.

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our team.

As a Recruitment Partner you’ll work with candidates, helping to guide them through the application process and assess their suitability for particular roles. You’ll also work closely with managers to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements and help them to find suitable employees.

This role partners with our managers to provide the end-to-end Congress recruitment process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, feedback, contract negotiation and on boarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business.
