- Base Salary: $98,943 – $105,241 (p.a.)
- Total Effective Package: $120,534 – $127,589 (p.a.)*

About the role
We are looking for an Aboriginal Health Practitioner Training Coordinator to join our Organisation.
The AHP Training Coordinator has an integral role in attracting, retaining and developing Congress’ AHP workforce training agenda through traineeships and graduate programs and other workforce development strategies to provide an inclusive and culturally safe health service across Congress town and remote clinics.
Through close collaboration with the clinical educator, senior clinicians and senior management team, the AHP Training Coordinator ensures adequate planning, implementation and evaluation of processes that underpin and enhance Congress’s education and training program and thereby supporting and directing AHP trainees in their progression through the Certificate IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Healthcare (Practice).
