Our Innisfail Agro Site is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Full-time: 40 hours/week – benefit eligible after 3 months.
Availability requirements: Weekdays- morning and afternoons.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction on every visit to the location,
Be the initial point of contact for customers both on the phone and in person,
Promote Co-op’s memberships and benefits,
To be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures,
Ensure current marketing materials are displayed to guest,
To be familiar with and adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures,
Manage inventory, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable,
Be a resource to other team members on invoicing, receiving payments and accounts reconciliation, including RARI,
Assist in reducing theft and loss,
To ensure transactions are processed in a timely manner and with accuracy,
Ensure pricing is in alignment with CAC standards and FCC and prepays are handled correctly,
Assist coworkers and team leader as needed,
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and quality,
Excellent customer service skills and communication,
Experience with Microsoft Excel is required,
Experience with DOS based systems is an asset,
Organizational and problem-solving skills,
Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changes.
