Mission: Join the CenTrak team as a Consultant, where you will liaise with both existing and potential customers. Be the cornerstone in ensuring client needs are met through meticulous design, workflow reviews, process evaluations, and training. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a client governance structure to facilitate the long-term success of client projects.
• Forge and cultivate relationships with C-suite personnel across accounts, thereby deepening and broadening our business ties.
• Spearhead client engagements at both enterprise and departmental levels, mobilizing internal resources to attain client goals.
• Collate and document use cases for key value points. Deliver monthly s and presentations to primary client stakeholders.
• Lead significant engagements, curate and analyze data, and formulate actionable insights. Engage senior client stakeholders with your team’s findings, implement solutions, and foster enduring client relationships.
• Specialize in at least one field and discern when to involve other team experts to guarantee client success.
• Gain mastery in a minimum of 4 use cases.
• Undertake other necessary responsibilities relevant to the role, as it evolves.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in or with hospitals.
• At least 3 years of experience with RTLS/loT.
• Skilled in sourcing information across diverse platforms swiftly.
• Proficient in managing complex Excel spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with web presentation tools.
• Innate ability to establish rapport both internally and externally.
• Stellar verbal and written communication aptitudes.
• Local area commutation is necessary (reimbursable). A valid driver’s license, insurance, and transport mode is essential.
• Demonstrated capability to self-direct in an autonomous setting.
• Proven knack for rapidly discerning and navigating intricate challenges.
• Adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) confidentiality norms.
• Background checks are a pre-requisite for employment.
• Adherence to clients’ mandated immunizations, health tests, and other criteria is essential.
