Centers Health Care Hiring for HMO Coordinator at Gloversville, NY Full Time

DUTIES:

• Acts as the liaison between the clinical staff and the HMOs.
• Collect vital information to be shared with the HMOs.
• Verify coverage & benefits with the HMOs to ensure proper compensation.
• Coordinate the services associated with discharge or return home.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate will have a clinical background.
• Should understand medical terminology.
• Must be able to read clinical charts.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR a plus.
